It’s time to think about school. Whether you’re wondering when your child should start preschool or how to select the right child care, we’d love to meet your family and show you how much fun your child will have with us. Many first-time parents ask us how the childcare enrollment process works so here is a quick overview to answer your questions.
Step 1 – Check Enrollment Availability
If you are interested in enrolling your child at Children’s Academy, the first thing to do is to contact us by phone. The phone number for our school is listed at the top of the page. Alternatively, you can click this Contact Us Link. We’ll learn more about your family and needs and see if we have space available in the class your child would attend.
Step 2 – Visit our School
You will be invited to visit our school by one of our school director. You’ll see all of the classrooms, meet your child’s teacher and have time to observe any portions of the day you would like. We will do everything in our power to accommodate the start date that meets your needs. If there is a waiting list, you can secure the next available space by paying a registration fee and placing your name on the waiting list. When an opening becomes available, the Director will contact you immediately.
Step 2a- Complete our enrollment application forms, here are helpful support documents.
- CA Family Handbook
- Know Your Childcare Facility
- Influenza Virus Brochure
- Tuition Express Authorization Form
- Getting to Know Your Child- Parent Questionnaire
Step 3 – First Day
Prior to your child’s first day with Children’s Academy, you and your child will be invited to visit your child’s new classroom. This will allow them to get acquainted with their new friends and their teachers. This is a very important transition for our parents and children. We go out of our way to make sure every new child feels welcome and comfortable in their new classroom.
